Just finished the whole video… and shoot, this doctor explained my tinnitus better than anyone I’ve seen in 15 years. Starting that olive oil step tonight. Praying this works. 🤞

Didn’t think some “brain ritual” would make sense but man… the way he broke it down hit home. Tried it after the video and the noise was way softer later that night. Kinda blew my mind tbh.
